Everything i have been reading says a #3 size trap or larger for otter, but if on drowning sets can I get by with a #2. last year i held one on land in a 1.5 duke rubber jaw. It may of just been a fluke. Never really targeted otter before but with the price going up i guess i am gonna start.

You can hold them pretty good in #2's dbls would be better #3 are the best choice but you can use others!! Just make sure you have planty of water to drown them in they are super strong and powerful!! I my self run 220's for otter blind sets or pen sets work the best on otter IMO!
