Beaver Sak Oil
beaver sak oil works great as a all around ingredent for many lures and baits including canines, beaver and rats.the key thing is to remember when you use beaver sak oil only a few drops are needed.
mixing with castor for a beaver castor base lure . mix 1 teaspoon per pint for beaver and add a 1/4 teaspoon of tonka bean extract to give your lure a major lift.
now lets say you want a food type lure then the sac oil can be your base and add a small amount of birch oil or popular bud oil but i do mean only a few drops is need. like 6-8 drops per qt
if you are say working on a rat lure you can use rat glands ,add 6 drops of sac oil and a couple drops of popular bud oil and let it set up for a while.
for a all around lure you can even use pure sack oil for canines, cats, mink, otter and rats
the key thing to remember is to start out in small amounts and always use tonka bean extract if you want your lures to have that extra pulling power.
