this is one of the first sets i ever learned was thought this set from an old time foxer in the early 80s when trappers didnt share tips hope you like it.after you catch and skin your mink ( a skunk will work as well) you dig a hole deep anuff to bury your mink head first. its really 2 holesone for the mink one to work as a step down for your fox (a shelf to set your trap on) for a yote you will dig this self a little longer ok we got our hole dug now lets bury our mink heads first leaving the rear eng with glands exsposed stake and bed trap you will notice i have mod. this set with my own touch by cutting anouther step so the target doesnt have to comit to that first big step find it helps on a few of the few fox that are alittle less bold now cover trap and sharpen your knife your going to be skinning soon lol. you will notice i took the clods from the hole to make a backing to block the back side i have tried logs and big rocks for the backing and have found some fox and coon will stand on the backing to steal the mink. with the dirt clods that stops think its got something to do with there footing
